The Piano Bar Prague
Dinner, Cocktails & Live Music in Historic Savarin Palace
Image

Details
The Piano Bar Prague combines dinner, cocktails and live music inside the historic Savarin Palace on Na Příkopě in central Prague. Opened in January 2026, the venue was designed as an evening experience that can move naturally from a meal to cocktails, live performances and dancing.
The setting is one of its defining features. Savarin Palace is an 18th-century Baroque landmark associated with architect Kilian Ignaz Dientzenhofer, giving the venue a historic architectural backdrop while its interiors and entertainment create a more contemporary nightlife atmosphere.
Inside, The Piano Bar Prague is arranged around several distinct spaces and three bar experiences. The official concept describes a quieter bar for conversation and elegant drinks, a central area where cocktails meet the stage, and a restaurant bar serving wines, champagne and cocktails alongside dinner.
Live music is central to the experience, with singers, musicians and bands performing every evening. The programme changes throughout the week, and the venue says some nights naturally develop into dancing. Current programming includes piano evenings and themed live-music nights.
The cocktail programme is particularly distinctive: drinks are connected to music, with creations inspired by songs and musical styles, including B.B. King, Buena Vista, Kiss from a Rose, Bohemian Rhapsody and other references.
Food is another major part of the concept, with modern European cuisine featuring seafood, premium meats, pasta, vegetarian dishes and desserts.
A courtyard terrace adds an additional option during the warmer months. It is not a panoramic rooftop; instead, it offers a quieter courtyard setting within Savarin Palace.
Its location is particularly convenient for visitors, with Můstek metro station nearby and Wenceslas Square, Na Příkopě shopping street and other central attractions within easy walking distance.
